2. Offer, ordering process and contract conclusion

  1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

  2. By clicking the button to complete your order, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.

  3. Confirmation of receipt of your order, along with acceptance of the order, will be sent immediately after submission via an automated email (order confirmation). The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of this email confirmation.

3. Prices, shipping and delivery

  1. All prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

  2. Shipping costs: Shipping is generally free for our customers within Germany .

  3. Delivery times: Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time for standard shipping is 3 to 5 working days .

4. Payment terms

We offer various secure payment methods in our store (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or other services offered via Shopify Payments). Your account will be charged immediately after completing the order process.

5. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of mirrea until full payment has been received.

6. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the delivery driver as soon as possible and contact us immediately ( support@mirrea.store). Failure to report damage or contact us will not affect your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, your cooperation helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier.to be able to assert this.

 

7. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory warranty rights apply. Information on any additional warranties and their exact terms can be found with the respective product.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

9. Final Provisions

  1. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  2. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
